For 20 years, Mannheim-based Winfried Alff has acted as taxation adviser to a wide range of mainly medium-sized business clients. For years, clients located in the Mannheim commercial zone and the Rhine-Neckar region have also been advised and represented legally by the Karlsruhe firm. The partnership grew as a natural consequence of the many years of interactions between the two.
Since 1st January 2007, the firm has been advising companies and private clients in North Baden and the Palatinate (the Pfalz). The partners in the Mannheim office concentrate in the main on solving problems with a taxation and legal bias that arise in contract drafting and company formation. The creation of and support for wage and financial accounting systems are also part of the service provision range as is the management of all the tax declarations. Client representation in commercial law and procedural matters are also a major part of the services of the Mannheim firm - especially in banking and construction law procedures for medium-size companies and renowned banks Taxation planning and business management consultancy services are called on in the main by very many doctors and other self-employed professional clients working in the region.
